This cosy two-bedroom apartment in Albert Park is beautifully furnished with mint-condition original features and is just a 5-minute stroll from South Melbourne Beach. With a brightly lit corner kitchen cleverly designed to take full advantage of the available space, giving it a roomy feel. Prepare a delicious dinner roast using the in-built extra wide oven, plus ample storage space for groceries.
The living room is the ideal space for some downtime after a long day. Stretch out and put your feet up on the wide three-seater couch and matching ottoman. A wide study desk underneath the window provides an ideal brightly lit space to send work emails and take Zoom calls. An elegant blue-grey Vedbo armchair seated by the window creates the perfect nook for a spot of reading.
The two bedrooms offer comfortable queen sized beds, and are filled with natural light from wide windows. The single bathroom offers a shower bath for a relaxing hot soak, large white sink and timber framed mirror, and toilet. Please note the bathtub is deep and has high sides, so its a big step to get into the shower, this won't suit elderly people. The apartment also has central heating throughout, and an in-unit washing machine makes doing laundry a breeze.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
