We look forward to welcoming you to this stylish home away from home in the heart of St Kilda West. Perfectly positioned within easy reach of St Kilda foreshore, Albert Park Recreation Facilities, cafes and South Melbourne Markets. Set up with families in mind, we have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a fully enclosed courtyard front and back. Heating throughout the house and ceiling fans in each room. Wifi and full linen included. Well behaved pets welcome with prior notice

We have:

Two generous light and bright living spaces both with smart Tv's for you to stream your own accounts.

Front living with dedicated desk space that can be closed off for those that need to work or study from home.

Main living at the end of the house that leads out to the exception alfresco area with timber decking that is perfect for entertaining through the seasons. Your well behaved pet is welcome to join you and will be secure in the front and back courtyards.

Indoor and outdoor dining for six people and comfortable lounge area

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and of course Nespresso coffee machine.

All three bedrooms have gorgeous ornamental fireplaces.

Bedroom one with ceiling fan: Master with King bed and ensuite with double vanity, shower and toilet

Bedroom two with ceiling fan: Queen bed

Bedroom three with ceiling fan: Two single beds.

Family bathroom with shower over bath.

Public transport nearby 76 Light rail and number 12 Tram into the CBD

We welcome guests to book that are happy to abide by our strict no party policy which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm move inside with no noise to neighbours.

If you are under the age of 27 years please email first with the age range of your guests and the purpose of your stay, we will come back to you promptly.

Sorry we don't allow hens or bucks party bookings.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
