This studio apartment is set back from the road, quiet, peaceful and private.
Perfect for a couples getaway, or a worktrip, or simply to enjoy by yourself.
One bedroom place attached to an art deco home, with your own private entrance and space. Beautifully decorated to make you feel more at home.
Plenty of space in the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove ,oven and a coffee maker. Comfortable queen sized bed and even bathrobes to enjoy throughout your stay. From the bedroom you have views through the french doors that lead out to the private tranquil courtyard for you to have your morning coffee or at the end of the day glass of complimentary wine.
Guests have access to the entire space.

Brighton is an affluent suburb and houses some of the wealthiest people in Melbourne with grand homes. Brighton is also well known for Dendy Street Beach with it’s 82 colourful beach boxes.
15 minute walk to the beach 15 minute walk to Martin Street shops, cafes and restaurants.
If you don’t have a car uber is the easiest way to get around. 12 minutes to City by train from Brighton Beach Station (Sandringham Line)

Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions. PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
