Guests are welcome to use all areas shown in the photos. This is the owner’s family home, lovingly maintained over the years, so we kindly ask that you treat it with care and keep it clean throughout your stay.
Other Things to Note:
— Sofabed and occupants —
We provide sofabed bedding for groups of more than 7 guests. If you would like to use the sofabed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the bedding and towels for you.

The garage provides secure parking for up to two cars. Free street parking with no time limits is available directly in front of the house. The street is wide and can easily fit up to five cars. *Please note that parking in the driveway or not fully parking your vehicle inside the garage is strictly prohibited, as it may block the neighbour’s access. If your car is too large to fit in the garage, please use street parking instead. Failure to follow this rule may result in penalties.*

For eco-friendly reasons, this home does not provide disposable slippers or personal toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, we do provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Thank you for supporting our efforts to reduce waste and protect the environment 🌿
— Council Rubbish Collection Guidelines —
Please be aware that the local council enforces strict regulations regarding waste disposal. Kindly adhere to the following rules:

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines of up to $500.
