Modern porperty situated in a quiet area of croydon, a court location which makes it private and secured.
All three bright and clean main bedrooms have queen size beds with build in closets.
A comfy lounge and outside sitting area with a huge private garden.

The space
The living room features a large UHD 4K TV , cinematic soundbar system with dolby vision and atmos, just sit back and relax in my electrical recliner and enjoy your movie , only need to tell Google assistant to turn on and off all the philip HUE smart lighting.

A very spacious bathroom with make-up mirror , Dyson hair dryer , free stand bath, foaming hand wash shampoo and body wash is provided.

Wifi is covered the whole porperty , stable and fast wifi speed is suitable for both business trip people and entertainment

Guest access
Self check in anytime with digital passcode lock which also will be expired when guest check out to ensure all my guest safe and feel secured.

Other things to note
High contact areas like furniture surface tops will be fully sanitized and cleaned before guests check in .
We wear mask throughout cleaning process.

Hand Sanitizers are available in house for you when you arrive.
