Parkville - the name says it. Beautiful open parklands and serene walking tracks. You will forget you are only 4km from the city.

Trees, playground, picnics, birds chirping...

Need to buy things? A cafe and convenient store is 5 minutes walk away.

## Transit

Flemington Bridge and Royal Park train stations are within 15 minutes walk. Three stops and you're in the city.

Bus 505 goes from Moonee Ponds to Melbourne Uni. Bus stop around the corner.

Also plenty of Ubers around.

## Notes

The building is located next to the highway however the noise insulation is quite good inside of the apartment. Please be aware though, that there can be some noise from the highway.

There are constructions of apartment buildings going on around the area. But fear not! You can't hear/see any of that from inside the apartment.
