The Space:
Where the City meets the River. A perfect place to both relax and also experience the buzzing activity of the CBD. Located close enough to effortlessly attend events or visit the many attractions Melbourne's CBD has to offer. However, the apartment is located on the Yarra River frontage just out of the CBD, offering a peaceful place to retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to one under cover secure parking space, the entire apartment and a balcony with stunning river views.
Guests will also have access to the building's many amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, outdoor rooftop gardens and bbq, an outdoor gym and communal lounge areas with free WiFi.

The Neighborhood:
Absolute Yarra River frontage. There are many water front restaurants and coffee shops in the docklands precinct including Victoria Harbour, which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll to Marvel Stadium for AFL and many other sporting and entertainment events. Very close to Southern Cross Station. Walking distance to the Docklands Precinct. Close to Crown Casino, the Aquarium and Southbank. For sports fans, a short train or tram ride will take you to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park.

Getting Around:
Located in Melbourne CBD's free Tram zone. Close to Southern Cross Train Station. There are also Taxi Ranks nearby and plenty of Uber drivers only a few minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
All bookings of more than 14 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service. You will have the option of a Refresh & Restock at $175 or Thorough Clean/refresh/restock for $205.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.
Free Starter pack: To allow you to settle into your stay without having to race down to the shop as soon as you arrive you will find the following complimentary amenities upon your arrival: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, detergent, washing powder. NB: Once these amenities run out, guests will need to purchase their own for the remainder of their stay.
