We are unable to replace the BBQ gas bottle when it runs out. However, if a guest exchanges the empty gas bottle for a full one at the local petrol station, we will reimburse the cost. Guests are required to clean the BBQ after use. A $50 fee will apply if it is left uncleaned.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, along with access to the communal garden, pool, and rooftop. Please make yourselves at home!

Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. The key handler will meet you at the property for check-in. We provide complimentary check-ins from 3pm-9pm. Please note there is an additional $66 charge after 9 pm and a $99 for key handovers after midnight. We will need to charge $55 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler. This is what the service charges us. Thank you for understanding.

Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you’re expecting any mail during your stay, we recommend having it sent to the local post office for pick up.
