The Space:
Important note: all guests must complete a building induction to gain access to the swimming pool, gym and other building facilities.
The inductions are every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM (ONLY). For more information, please read all the information in our description.

The opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 23:00.
Friday & Saturday: 08:30 to 00:00.
Sunday: 08:30 to 23:00.
2. Building Facilities:
All guests must do a building induction with the building management to access the swimming pools, gym and other facilities.
The inductions are every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM.
Please note, you will be required to go to the building concierge desk to book the induction, this will require you to fill up an online form. The concierge will provide you with the details on the day of check in.
During the induction day, you must go to the concierge desk in the building lobby before 7:00 PM.
Please note, we cannot guarantee access to the facilities if you do not complete the induction and there will be no refund for the availability of the building facilities which is beyond our control.
3. Car Park:
Our guests have access to one car park in the same building. The height limit is 2.1 Meters.
4. Security Deposit:
For extended bookings, there will be a security bond charge of up to $300.
