Main Bedroom - a comfortable king-sized bed with very large bathroom with gorgeous jacuzzi and skylight,with it’s own walk-in robe and ensuite.
Second Bedroom -two king single-sized beds with two window and plenty space.
Third bedroom - queen-sized bed with two windows，spacious, bright and comfortable.
Fourth bedroom--queen-sized bed with high-grade furniture,spacious, bright and comfortable.
Fifth bedroom – two long single sized bed and can be one king size,spacious, bright and comfortable.
Sixth bedroom-- one double bed sofa bed

High quality mattress and pillows (firm and soft) in all bedrooms. Bedside tables with lamps.
Robes with hanging space, (or racks), and lots of hangers,drawers and shelves.

Bathroom
Comfortable bath towels (and spares) as well as hand towel, and bath mat.
Adjustable shower height and a massage shower head, and hair dryers.
Welcome soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Separate washing machine and clothes dryer, and small stepladder.

All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables by yourself if you need them for the rest of your stay.

There is a large outdoor entertainment area with large table and chair settings; as well as a large BBQ and small garden setting and a swimming pool.

MINIMUM STAYS:
This house generally has a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Lower rates are available for longer bookings, and for stays that are booked well in advance.

Portacots and high chairs available for a small fee - BYO cot linen.

Pets are permitted in this residence only by approval.

All bookings include Wi-Fi Internet access

Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:
6:00am - 9:30am & 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $60.00; 9:00pm - 6am will be charged at $60. Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival
