The space
This light-filled Victorian house with high ceilings and curated furniture will provide you with both a homely feeling and plenty of room.

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor (2 steps access from street level), you will find most rooms where you can share a memorable time with your family and friends.

- The lounge room is perfect to relax after a long day, with many seating options and great character.

- The long, fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to master your cooking skills, while the dining room offers an enjoyable space to share great moments with your loved ones.

- A couch and smart TV with Netflix means you can watch your favorite shows or movies.

- Laundry: A vast laundry room opening onto the back yard will get you sorted with all your washing needs. It has a washing machine and options to hang your linen inside or outside.

- Study/bedroom: As shown on the pictures, we have a study/library room converted into a bedroom for 2 persons with 2 single convertible couches. Whilst this room is spacious, it is the extension of the living room and is separated from the living room through the bi-folded panels (please refer to photos).

- There is a toilet available downstairs.

Garden:
The garden is massive for a property located so close to the CBD. It has an outdoor setting allowing you to enjoy your meals outside and a charcoal BBQ at your disposal (charcoal not provided).
For the cold nights, there is even a lounge area with a chiminea for a nice, warm atmosphere.
We have a garden bed with veggies and herbs that you are welcome to use.

1st Floor:
On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

- The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a large walk-in wardrobe with a mirror. From this room, you will also have access to the Victorian balcony, typical of Melbourne's inner-city streetscapes.

- The second bedroom also has ample wardrobe space; a generous queen bed and a view onto the leafy garden.

- The bathroom with a walk-in shower is located between both rooms and offers a second toilet option.
