A contemporary living area complements an open-plan layout that features a large, furnished balcony with expansive views over the neighbourhood. Please note the BBQ you can see in one of the photos does not work. Step inside the glass balcony doors to find a lounge area that features a sleek, grey couch, comfortable armchair, sleek glass-topped coffee table and a wide-screen, TV that is mounted onto the wall.
Make use of a fashionable and fully-equipped kitchen with marble benchtops and all the modern appliances including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven and a full-sized fridge; and dine at the four-person dining table, or al fresco on the balcony.
After dinner, enjoy a drink on your private balcony before unwinding in either of the two naturally-lit bedrooms that come furnished with queen beds, quality linen and built-in mirrored wardrobes with hangers and shelves.
