St Kilda esplanade is renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip, safe sandy beach, palm-lined boardwalk, and huge range of beach activities. Home to many of Melbourne’s famous visitor attractions, Luna Park, the Esplanade Hotel, Astor Theatre, Catani Gardens, Alma Park, Acland Street, and Fitzroy Street, nothing quite compares to St Kilda beach itself. Then just across the road Chapel St Windsor is one of the most visited shopping and entertainment strips in Melbourne!

Getting there - The property is a 30 min drive from Tullamarine Airport and 50 minutes from Avalon Airport or you can take a Tullamarine Skybus to Southern Cross Station then Sandringham line train to Windsor station
Other Things to Note: - Heating available - One car park is available on the side of the building - No lift is available, there is just one flight of stairs. - Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property. - Bins are in an enclosure in front of your car park, they go out on Sunday night. - Please keep hot cups, pots and glasses off all polished timber surfaces and please use the coasters and place mats provided. - Please sit carefully on the dining chairs, they are family antiques. - Please turn the washing machine taps off after use. - Please turn all heaters off when not needed. - The BBQ works but will require a small refillable gas tank. - The TV has digital and terrestrial functionality via the Google Chromecast TV remote, and the Samsung remote modes. - Chromecast requires activation by logging into Google on your mobile device, and then you can use the white remote control. - Please do not attempt to operate the vintage stereo, it is not operational
