The main living area and fully equipped kitchen that leads out to the outdoor entertainment area with pool, spa, Bbq and out door dining, all within a fully fenced back yard.
Dining area with seating for ten people, the french doors lead out to the fully enclosed front yard.
Second living/Sixth bedroom with couch, smart tv and two single fold out beds (if you require them).
Bedroom One: with queen bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Large laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs we have:

Master bedroom with king bed and stunning ensuite with bath, shower and double vanities. Walk in robe and balcony for those quiet morning coffees. Room for one of the fold out beds if you prefer it in this room.

We have a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you need to move inside with no noise to neighbours.
