Our studio is probably one of the more economical choices you'll find in this convenient location just walking distance to the local bars, cafes, eclectic eateries & a host of public transport options.

The Space:
With a leafy outlook, the apartment enjoys an open space to accommodate sleeping area with queen bed, adjacent kitchen and separate bathroom.

Kitchen has basic essentials and appliances for simple meals such as air fryer, mini fridge, microwave/grill oven, toaster, kettle, portable induction cooker etc.

The block itself offers security entry and a communal (paid) laundry.

Please be aware that our kitchen is newly renovated and does not provide a stove. We have provided an air fryer, oven, and microwave as an alternative in the meantime.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
