It is close to the arts precinct (NGV, Hamer Hall and State Theatre), the Botanical Gardens, sports venues including the MCG, shops, lane culture and restaurants. The city is a short tram ride or 15 minute walk away giving you the best of both worlds - everything you want from the city without the noise.
Step out the front door of the building and a five minute walk will find you either at the tram stop or in the gardens and on the steps of the Shrine of Remembrance.
The apartment is beautifully furnished with a queen size bed and well equipped kitchen. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy great views of the city day or night.
Two restaurants (one has a bar) downstairs means you don t even have to go far for food and drink but with the river and Southgate offering so many choices you will probably find it hard to resist a stroll along St Kilda Road.
