Please note for those sensitive to dust - there is a tree beside this apartment which causes the balcony to become dusty particularly when it's windy. The dust will flow inside when the balcony doors are open.

ON SITE PARKING: There is one car park allocated to this apartment which is accessed via a car stacker. You MUST be inducted to use the car stacker. There is a $45 fee to be inducted.

There are also vehicle size restrictions. Vehicles must be less than 1.7m high and weigh less than 2 tonnes.

STREET PARKING - there is time limited parking on Salisbury St and FREE UNLIMITED parking on Primrose or McPherson St which is only 140m behind the property.
