PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

You will have no shortage of dining options on Toorak Rd, nor shopping options along the famed Chapel St shopping strip. Its all at your fingertips! Around the corner from South Yarra train station will mean you don't have far to walk to catch your train to the MCG or Rod Laver Arena (one stop) or one stop further will have you at the iconic Flinders St station and Federation Square in Melbourne city.

With three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen this apartment will provide you with all the space and amenity necessary for your group (max 8 guests), offering a king or two singles in each bedroom will provide maximum versatility.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.05m.

The complex contains a gym and heated indoor swimming pool.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

If you require the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features in the photos may be experienced.
