PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

Common facilities are now open to use.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartmetns in the same building/vicinity please advise.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is almost on your doorstep.

Perched high up on the 20th floor, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations of either a king or two singles in each bedroom offering maximum practicality for families and groups alike (subject to timing of booking request).

The apartment can sleep up to 8, with extra guests on foldup beds. Bookings in excess of 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person.

The price quoted is based upon 6 guests.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

Should you need to use a port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
