PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

Common facilities are now open to use.

Located literally on the edge of the CBD, you will be within 5 minutes walk to all the great things that Melbourne is renowned for and only slightly further is the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment centre.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations for maximum practicality for families and groups alike. Each bedroom can be either a king bed or two single beds (subject to timing of booking request).

A gym is available within the building for your use.

The apartment can sleep up to 8, with 2 guests on large sturdy fold-up beds.

The price quoted is based upon 6 guests there are extra charges per guest after 6.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available in the bulding and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.05m.

Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

You will need to provide own linen for portacot usage.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
