PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. Stays over New Year's Eve will have a $1000 bond applied.

Common facilities are now open to use.

Perched high up on the 14th floor, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is going to leave you spell-bound from the views. This truly stunning apartment is as roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable black leather couch, matching dining setting and huge TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too!

The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views. It has a great built-in wardrobe. The bed is your choice of a comfortable king or two singles (subject to timing of booking request).

Within the building, there is a stunning indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor tennis court and gym that guests may use.

Secure undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Tram stop is right at your front door, so you will have direct access to the CBD or the delights of South Melbourne. Crown casino is directly across the road along with MCEC (Convention and Exhibition Centre).
