PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

Common facilities are now open to use.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 2 guests.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Two (2) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Large gatherings, events and parties are prohibited and may result in eviction and loss of security bond. Any such events must be approved by the property manager at time of reservation request.
