PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

Common facilities are now open to use.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations of either a king or two singles in each bedroom offering maximum practicality for families and groups alike (subject to timing of booking request).

Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym. Please note an online induction is required to be completed for safety purposes to access the facilities (pool, gym etc..). It may take upto 24 hrs before access to the facilities can be granted after completion of the online induction.

The apartment can sleep up to 8, with 2 guests on comfortable single size fold up beds. Bookings in excess of 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person for the use of each fold up bed.

The price quoted is based upon 6 guests.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

You will need to provide own linen for portacot usage.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Large gatherings, events and parties are prohibited and may result in eviction and loss of security bond. Any such events must be approved by the property manager at time of reservation request.
