PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep.

Perched high up on the 22nd floor, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations of either a king or two singles in each bedroom offering maximum practicality for families and groups alike (subject to timing of booking request).

The buidling has its own gym and sauna which is available for your use.

The apartment can sleep up to 9, with 3 guests on large sturdy fold-up beds.

The price quoted is based upon 6 guests there are extra charges per guest after 6.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is provided within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

Should you need to use our port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Please ensure you have photographic ID and the credit card you used to book the property at time of check-in. We reserve the right to disallow occupancy without these.
