Parking is at $1 per hour 7.30am-6.30pm Monday-Saturday and it's free after 6.30pm. There's no time restriction. Even if you park for an entire day, the daily max is just $11.
- Does the room have a balcony? Yes, the room does come with an ENCLOSED balcony. Not an open balcony.

- Is the room shared? No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
