Very comfy cosy place to live near the city. It's just a 1km walk to the city, yet located in a quiet peaceful lane.

Our balcony in the back opens to a beautiful garden with pool , Gym and barbecue facilities provided by the community.
My place is close to the city(1.3kms to be exact). 8 mins of walk to south Melbourne market. Caltex petrol station nearby. Chemist warehouse and IGA is just on the Main Street. Few mins of walk to the Yarra river and Crown casino. 5mins of walk to the Shrine of remembrance and St kilda road.
Access to tram lines 1,58,3,3a,5,6,72,64,67,72,16 within 5mins of walking.
