Collingwood is a bustling and trendy inner-city Suburb with endless choices for trendy cafes, restaurants, pubs/bars, nightlife, boutique shops, vintage and second-hand stores, and more. There is so much to explore in Collingwood and the neighbouring suburbs of Fitzroy and Abbotsford which are also known for their artsy, eclectic vibe. If it's greenery you're after head over to the nearby Fitzroy gardens to enjoy an afternoon in the sun. Close proximity to the CBD makes Collingwood the ideal base to explore all Melbourne as to offer - the 86 tram will take you straight to there in just 10 minutes or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll.

## Transit

The 86 tram line Johnston/Smith Street stop is less than two minutes from the property. This will take you straight to the city to the South or to the northern suburbs of Fitzroy North, Clifton Hill (Edinburgh Gardens)/Northcote to the North

## Notes

There may be some non-perishable food items in the pantry which we use when we stay at the apartment, you are welcome to help yourself to anything in the pantry.

There is a communal bike room on the ground floor which you are welcome to use if you have a bike.

There is a new building being constructed next door so please be advised that there may be some noise due to construction, however with the balcony door closed it doesn't bother us :). Construction can begin around 7AM Monday-Friday, around 9AM on Saturdays and finishes at 1PM on Saturdays. There is no construction on Sundays.

We store our personal belongings in the second bedroom/office. This door will be locked. The rest of the apartment is yours to enjoy!

There is plenty of free street parking on the streets surrounding our building - we have never had an issue finding a park. Parking spots vary from all-day spots, 2h spots or 4h spots, so please be conscious of street signs. There is also paid parking available at "Secure Parking LCI Car Park" 600m from the property at 144 Oxford Street if you would prefer a covered car park.
