Catch some trackside action or take advantage of Newmarket train station, a five-minute stroll, before returning to your air-conditioned retreat to make use of the modern, well-equipped kitchen, relax with a movie or head out to the backyard for an alfresco wine. There's also a washing machine and a dedicated workspace.
This old-meets-new stay welcomes you with a bright, open-plan layout featuring expansive windows that maximise the natural light and leafy surroundings. In the spacious lounge area, you’ll find a cosy sofa and armchair to settle in with some TV, while split system air-conditioning and heating offer year-round comfort.
When you're not sampling the restaurants along Racecourse Rd, you’ll find all you need in the stylish, modern kitchen to prepare meals, with the choice to dine at the breakfast bar or around the six-seater table. Should you wish to enjoy your meal outdoors, glass doors slide open to a private deck where seating overlooks the leafy backyard.
Three light and welcoming bedrooms sleep six guests, each offering a queen-size bed. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite complete with a bathtub where you can end the day with a relaxing soak. This ensuite and the main bathroom are both appointed with a walk-in shower, Japanese-style toilet with bidet, mirrored vanity, and complimentary toiletries.
Added conveniences include WiFi and a dedicated workspace, plus a washing machine.

For those visiting Melbourne for some trackside action, Flemington Racecourse is a one-minute drive from your stay while Moonee Valley Racecourse is an eight-minute drive. The vibrant, open-air Flemington Farmers’ Market, a five-minute drive, is held on Sunday mornings at Ascot Vale Primary School and offers plentiful fresh local produce, while Asian food hall-inspired dining space and beer garden EziStreat is also a five-minute drive. You can also leave the car at home and make use of Newmarket Station, a five-minute walk from your stay.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Our team will meet you personally and hand over your keys at the agreed check-in time. If your plans change, please let us know at least 1 hour before your expected arrival. A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past the scheduled time to cover for wait time. Thank you for understanding.
