This property is a great base if you are looking to be close to everything that's on foot. Everything you need is walking distance including supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, parks, beach and nightly entertainment including live music and concert events at the Palais Theatre (next door to Luna Park)

Whether you are visiting for a quick stay or staying longer term everything you need is available.

Our fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, rice cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

There's plenty of taxis and ubers available and the wait times are generally less than 5 minutes.
Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
Put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
ID is required to place your booking with us.
We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
Please leave the property as you found it :)
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus applicable postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
