Our only simple prerequisite is that you leave the apartment spotless. Wi-fi- Local internet cafes offer a cheap rate, and there some hot spots locally that provide free wi-fi. I have a mobile wi-fi connection I can give you, you're welcome to top it up at the Telstra store (10 mins by tram) with the plan you require.
