New apartment with state of art fixings. Conveniently located on the famous Burke Rd where plenty of cafes, restaurants, and fashion shops are hosted. Only 400m to the Camberwell train station. 10 minutes train trip into Melbourne CBD.

However, the sofa in the spacious living area is a double-bed sized sofa bed, which can accommodate additional two people if required. A large dinning table is set next to Kitchen.
