Bedroom 1: A queen side bed, 1 study desk and a study chair, looking at the side front/corner yard.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with a study desk and a study chair, looking at the backyard.
Both bedroom has large wardrobes.
Laundry: a spacious laundry with Samsung washing machine and a dryer, large sink and working table/storage for daily laundry management
Bathroom: A baby bathtub, a toilet and a shower are (you might find the shower space quite limited )

Guest Access:
You have the entire granny flat for your stay.
We don't usually open the access to our back yard unless you have special needs. Let us know.

The Neighborhood:
Huntingtower school -1.44km

Getting Around:
By car it is easy access to The Glen shopping centre, Chadstone shopping centre etc.

Other Things to Note:
No smoking;
Keep quiet after 10pm. We have ZERO tolerance in parties and loud noise that disturbing the neighbours. (upon the attendance of Police/security guard, you will be evacuated immediately from the property).
Turn off all lights, TV, air conditioners when not at home;
Clean the kitchen after use;
Remove all the rubbish to the waste room when checking out. Pls sort the garbage and recycle.

VERY important reminders
1. Noise complaints from the neighbours, causing health or security hazard, damaging common property or obstructing a resident from using their property may occur up to $1,100 fines from the OC, according to the new Short Stat Law in Victoria from 1. February 2019.
2. Pls DO NOT open the FRONT DOOR when smoky inside. If the smoke goes into the building, it will trigger off the fire alarm, which will cause HUGE penalty for thousands of dollars. You can open the sliding door into balcony to release the smoke.

You will lost your bond if you fail to comply with our house rules stated above.
