This one bedroom apartment is decorated in a modern and contemporary style. It has a spacious living and dining area with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with all the expected modern appliances.

The accommodation will thrill with one large bedroom area, designed with built-in robes and our guest's comfort in mind. The high-quality Queen bed mattress is topped with clean, freshly pressed linen and all-seasons quilts to keep you comfortable throughout the year.

The bathroom comes prepared with complimentary body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for your stay. Toilet paper and bath towels are also included. We always try our best to set aside ample amounts of amenities for you to comfortably settle in for the duration of your stay.

There is one off-street car space that comes with the apartment. There is also street parking which has daily parking restrictions.

Free WIFI is available in the apartment throughout your stay. WIFI details will be provided to you in the guest manual prior to your check-in.

We would greatly appreciate if you keep shoes off in the apartment to ensure that our carpets remain soft, plush and clean for everyone’s enjoyment.

This secure and well maintained apartment is in a premier position. Walk to Bridge Rd & Swan Street's cafes & shopping strips, Melbourne's sporting precinct (Olympic park), and transport - with trams and Richmond Railway Station only a short distance away.

Trams are only 5 mins away either to Bridge Road or Swan street, a great position to get to all major sporting events / Melbourne City / Rod Laver Arena/ MCG.
The best and easiest way to access the property from the Airport is via Uber. Usually this takes 45min depending on traffic and costs approx. $50 AUD total. Alternatively you can take a shuttle bus to Southern Cross Station ($18/person) and then the train from Southern Cross Station to Richmond Station ($4 / person) 1.25hr trip. It's a 7 minute walk to the apartment from Richmond Station. Google maps has full transport route and time details for travel in Melbourne.
