The Space:
The 3 -level townhouse features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep.
Ground level: A secured garage parks 1 car. A double bed bedroom 1 with full bathroom attached.
Level 1: Laundry with dryer and washing machine, Fully equipped kitchen, Smeg dishwasher, range hood and Oven.
Lounge: 55' TCL smart TV, comfortable queen sofa bed and chairs;
Dining: large extendable dining table with 6 chairs.
Level 2: 1 master ensuite with queen bed, which can overlook the city and New Year firework. Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed, having a full bathroom next door.
Aircon/heating: split system aircon in all areas including bedrooms.
Guest Access:
You have entire place with a free garage and also street parkings (pls check street signs upon arrival).

Our apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (3 queens). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!
