The property is just a 2-minute walk from the Chapel Street Tram Stop and a 10-minute walk from the banks of Yarra River. It is a 15-minute drive from Melbourne City and a 30-40 minute drive from the Melbourne International Airport.

Your one-bedroom, 39 sqm apartment features modern white furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and weekly servicing. There is a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The lounge area has a TV and free high-speed WiFi. Tea and coffee making, ironing facilities and a laundrette on site are all available. Linen and towels are provided. Your apartment comes with a King bed, however we can arrange twin beds instead, with a day's notice, if required - just ask us.

Complimentary on-site parking for one vehicle per apartment, is provided. Key-collection/reception is located off-site, just a 7-minute walk or 3 minute drive away.

South Yarra is a vibrant inner suburb, just 15 minutes (or two train stops) to the CBD. It is a great choice for travellers interested in shopping, culture, cafes and food.
