With a separate entrance at the rear of the house, your room also has it’s own private deck . Short walk to nearby cafe, restaurant, superette and park, with Tram and Bus stops right on our doorstep that link you to Melbourne’s entire public transport network! Walking distance, train station & cinema of Brighton’s Bay Road, and within 3.5 km of the beach.

A huge Bedroom with queen size bed new sealy posturepedic, bedside tables with lamp, reverse cycle air conditioner for warming and cooling and TV. En-suite bathroom with a large shower and basin, and separate toilet with hand basin. Coffee machine with pods.

An iron and ironing board is available on request.

Outside there is a Deck , table and chairs for outside brekkie or that glass of wine to relax.

Free WiFi is available to all guests. All crockery, cutlery, clean bedding and towels.

We supply a great Continental breakfast . ( Muesli , Weetbix , Yogurt, Fruit- Oranges and Bananas, Biscuits ,Tea and Coffee. Bottled water to get you started.
