There’s also a ‘European’ style laundry with a top loader washing machine and drying rack. Glass sliding doors lead out to a private courtyard with an outdoor table setting for 2 people.

Off the entrance hall, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, plantation shutters to control the light flow and its own wall mounted split system air-con. The apartment’s fully renovated bathroom comes with a roomy shower with a frameless glass screen and floor-to ceiling tiling.

Situated just 4 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD (Downtown) South Yarra is an upscale, leafy suburb that’s quiet but close to all the amenities you appreciate. The apartment itself is perfectly located, less than 10 minutes’ walk to the vibrant shopping and eatery hubs of Chapel Street, Commercial Road and Toorak Road. A Coles Supermarket and the Prahran Market, known locally as the ‘food lovers’ market, is only 12 minutes on foot, with the Alfred Hospital and the Avenue Private Hospital just a little further. The Hawksburn Tennis Club is an 8 minute stroll from the apartment, with the Palace Cinema in Como just 12 minutes away.

Getting Around:
Hawksburn train station is a 3 minute walk from the apartment, providing regular services to CBD (Downtown). Alternatively, Melbourne’s iconic trams (light rail) run along Chapel Street, Commercial Road and Toorak Road, with services taking you into the CBD, Richmond, Prahran and Windsor.
