There’s a dining table for 4 people which doubles as a work space, while the kitchen comes with a large ‘serving hatch’ window overlooking the living/dining area, a double sink, Electric cooktop, microwave oven, good sized fridge and glass bricks to increase the natural light.

The bedroom offers a king size bed, mirrored wardrobes and block-out curtains to control the light flow for a good sleep-in. Fully renovated, the bathroom has a combined bath/shower with frameless glass screen, as well as a washing machine and separate dryer, with more glass bricks providing natural light.

The apartment comes with parking, accessible with a swipe card.

Although the apartment comes with parking, there are convenient public transport options just a stroll away, providing Melbourne’s iconic tram services into the CBD (Downtown) as well as Chapel Street shops and Richmond’s Bridge Road for Epworth Hospital and a range of outlet stores.
